A pinch of golden green, a hint of magenta sheen,
And the cold soul of fire
A grab of chirping preens, dash of fragrant gleans,
In a mad riot of desire
Mixed with the feathery touch from the palette’s clutch
Singing birdsong for its supper
Is how heaven feels as such inasmuch
As hearts are caught in the woods’ trapper
